ENTERTAINER POLICY

By participating in the "ENTERTAINER ADVERTISING PROGRAM" with J'scential Fragrances, LLC., you hereby agree to have read and understood our terms, policies, and agreements. All policies may be subject to change at any time. The following sections dictates the rules, responsibilities, and guidelines that SHALL be followed and adhered to when conducting business between YOU - the client, and the J'scential Fragrances LLC company/website thereof.

Section 1a.

VERIFICATION PROCESS

Sect.1a-1.A All applicants "MUST" be a legally registered company and/or entity, have credible means of contact(phone/email), and a well established website - along with their respective social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Etsy, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.). Applicants "SHALL" meet these 3 minimum requirements in order to be considered during the application process. Sect.1a-2.A Applicants with VERIFIED "Blue Check" social media accounts are automatically approved. Sect.1a-3.A IT IS THE ENTERTAINER'S(YOU) RESPONSIBILITY TO KEEP THESE 3 REQUIREMENTS VALID THROUGHOUT THEIR ADVERTISMENT TERM. Sect.1a-4.A At any time during the Entertainer's Advertisement Term that the 3 minimum requirements - as mentioned in Sect.1a-1.A (are not/have not) been met/maintained or become discredited, the Entertainer's Advertisement Service Term "SHALL" BE TERMINATED. Please refer to Section 5a. (INVOLUNTARY TERMINATION) of this policy for further details. Sect.1a-5.A At any point during the verification process - in the event that personal information is required, it SHALL BE USED STRICTLY FOR THAT PURPOSE. WE WILL NOT SELL YOUR PERSONAL DATA.

Section 2a.

WEBSITE VERIFICATION

Sect.2a-1.A Upon submission of the Entertainment Request Form, verification of the applicant's website SHALL commence. Sect.2a-2.A The applicant's (YOU THE ENTERTAINER) website SHALL contain the following: 1. WELL DETAILED AND ACCURATE INFORMATION ABOUT THEIR COMPANY, WHAT SERVICE AND/OR PRODUCTS THEY OFFER, 2. WELL KNOWN AND EASILY ACCESSBILE MEANS OF PAYMENT PROCESSING - VIA CREDIT CARDS, PAYPAL, VENMO, CASHAPP, ETC., 3. THE APPLICANT (YOU THE ENTERTAINER) SHALL HAVE LINKS TO THEIR SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNTS VISIBLE IN ORDER TO CROSS REFERENCE BETWEEN BOTH PLATFORMS(WEBSITE & SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNTS) Sect.2a-3.A SEO OPTIMIZATION - ALTHOUGH NOT A REQUIREMENT IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED TO MAKE THE DISCOVERY EXPERIENCE OF POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS A BETTER ONE. Section 3a.

SOCIAL MEDIA VERIFICATION

Sect.3a-1.A Upon submission of the Entertainment Request Form, verification of the applicant's corresponding "Company Social Media Accounts" SHALL commence. Sect.3a-2.A The applicant's(YOU THE ENTERTAINER) Company Social Media accounts SHALL contain the following: 1. PROFILE IMAGE(S) and/or BANNER(S) SHALL CONTAIN A/THE LOGO(s) OF THE THE APPLICANT'S LEGAL COMPANY 2. THE APPLICANT'S SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNT(S) SHALL HAVE SOME DETAIL AS TO WHAT THE COMPANY(S) IS/ARE AND WHAT SERVICE(S) AND/OR PRODUCT(S) said COMPANY(S) HAS TO OFFER 3. THE APPLICANT'S SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNT(S) SHALL CONTAIN A DIRECT LINK IN THE BIO, PROFILE SUMMARY, OR "PINNED" TO THE TOP OF SAID APPLICANT'S FEED SO THAT A REFERENCE IS AVAILABLE FOR ANY POTENTIAL CUSTOMER(S).

Section 4a.

VOLUNTARY TERMINATION

Sect.4a-1.A Upon submission of the Entertainment Request Form, TERMINATION OF THE APPPLICANT'S CORRESPONDING ENTERTAINMENT TERM CAN OCCUR AT ANY TIME. Sect.4a-2.A An applicant can voluntarily terminate their Entertainment Term by contacting support@jscential.com Sect.4a-3.A IF AN APPLICANT'S ENTERTAINMENT TERM HAS BEEN "VOLUNTARILY TERMINATED", THEY WILL BE GIVEN A 30-DAY GRACE PERIOD AT WHICH POINT THEIR COMPANY'S INFORMATION WILL BE RETAINED IN THE EVENT THAT THEIR DECISION TO SELF-TERMINATE HAS CHANGED.

Section 5a.

INVOLUNTARY TERMINATION

Sect.5a-1.A If an applicant violates the terms of their agreement per Sect.1a-1.A Entertainment Request Form, TERMINATION OF THE APPPLICANT'S CORRESPONDING ENTERTAINMENT TERM CAN OCCUR AT ANY TIME THEREAFTER. Sect.5a-2.A IT IS THE ENTERTAINER'S(YOU) RESPONSIBILITY TO KEEP THE 3 REQUIREMENTS per Sect.1a-1.A VALID THROUGHOUT THEIR ENTERTAINMENT TERM Sect.5a-3.A If the entertainer feels that their term was wrongfully terminated, the entertainer(s) has/have (7)Seven business days to file an appeal to support@jscential.com. Sect.5a-4.A To file a successful appeal, the entertainer(s) SHALL procure documentation proving/disapproving allegations given upon receipt of their Involuntary Termination letter thereof. Sect.5a-5.A Upon receiving the appeal, the J'scential Fragrances LLC. support team SHALL review the provided documentation and respond accordingly. ALL DISPOSITIONS AFTER APPEAL SUBMISSIONS ARE FINAL AND CANNOT BE CHANGED. Sect.5a-6.A Decisions on appeals are handled on a case by case basis. Although the J'SCENTIAL FRAGRANCES LLC. team are stringent on the rules and guidelines with our policies - there are rare cases whom uncontrollable events may occur. In the event that an entertainer's appeal case reflects such an occasion, the J'SCENTIAL FRAGRANCES LLC. support team SHALL respond accordingly. J'SCENTIAL FRAGRANCES LLC. RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DENY SERVICE TO ANYONE WHOM DO NOT ADHERE TO THE ABOVE SAID RULES AND GUIDELINES THROUGHOUT THIS POLICY AND THE OTHER POLICIES THROUGHOUT THIS WEBSITE.

Section 6a.

ADVERTISING

Sect.6a-1.A Upon submittal and approval of an applicant's Entertainer Request Form, the advertising process will begin. Sect.6a-2.A The entertainer's placement of advertising is determined by the type of service(s) and/or product(s) they provide and the niche that they(The Entertainer) does business in. The J'scential Fragrances LLC.'s website breaks it down further into 2 categories - Adult and Children Friendly.

Section 6b.

Adult Category

Sect.6b-1.A The Adult Catgory consists of services and products that are tailored for ages 18+. Some of these services include but are not limited to the following: Exotic Dancers, DJ Services, Adult Rated Comedy, Video and Photograhy Services, Baristas and Bartenders. Sect.6b-2.A J'SCENTIAL FRAGRANCES LLC. DOES NOT PROMOTE, CONDONE, NOR DO BUSINESS WITH ANYONE, ANY COMPANY, OR CORPORATE ENTITY, IN ILLEGAL ACTIVITY. J'SCENTIAL FRAGRANCES LLC. RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DENY SERVICE TO ANYONE WHOM DO NOT ADHERE TO THE ABOVE SAID RULES AND GUIDELINES THROUGHOUT THIS POLICY AND THE OTHER POLICIES THROUGHOUT THIS WEBSITE.

Section 6c.

Children Category

Sect.6c-1.A The Children Category consists of services and products that are tailored for ages below 17 years old. Some of these services include but are not limited to the following: Finger Painting, DJ Services, Video and Photography Services, Bounce House Services, and Party Clowns. Sect.6c-2.A J'SCENTIAL FRAGRANCES LLC. DOES NOT PROMOTE, CONDONE, NOR DO BUSINESS WITH ANYONE, ANY COMPANY, OR CORPORATE ENTITY, IN ILLEGAL ACTIVITY. J'SCENTIAL FRAGRANCES LLC. RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DENY SERVICE TO ANYONE WHOM DO NOT ADHERE TO THE ABOVE SAID RULES AND GUIDELINES THROUGHOUT THIS POLICY AND THE OTHER POLICIES THROUGHOUT THIS WEBSITE.

Section 6a.

AD PLACEMENT / PAID PROMOTION

Sect.7a-1.A As mentioned in Sect.6a-2.A, ad placement is relative to its content and specific niche. However - there's an exception for paid advertisements and/or promotions. This section gives further detail to this exception. Sect.7a-2.A NATURALLY, ALL ADVERTISEMENTS ON THE J'SCENTIAL FRAGRANCES LLC. WEBSITE ARE FREE. HOWEVER, IF AN ENTERTAINER WOULD LIKE THEIR PRODUCT(S) AND/OR SERVICE(S) TO STANDOUT FROM OTHER ENTERTAINERS IN THE SAME NICHE, THE ENTERTAINER SHALL PAY A MONTHLY FEE. Sect.7a-3.A The entertainer SHALL pay a monthly subscription fee of $20.00 dollars to have their business advertised on the homepage of the J'scential Fragrances LLC.'s website.
